Information Notice Regarding Applications to Be Made Concerning the Protection and Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, individuals defined as data subjects in the Personal Data Protection Law are granted the following rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law: “to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data, and whether the personal data is used in accordance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad, to request the rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, and to request the notification of these operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of his personal data, which leads to an unfavorable consequence for the data subject, and to request compensation for the damage arising from the processing of personal data contrary to the law.”
Within the framework of these rights, the data subject is required to submit their requests to the data controller in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Board. For written applications, we kindly request that you obtain a printout of the form provided in the attachment and submit your application to us through the contact channels specified below.

Method of Application: In Person (The applicant personally applies in person, showing their own identity information)

Method of Application: By Notary (By sending through a notary)

“Request for Information Under the Personal Data Protection Law” should be written on the notarized envelope.
In written applications, the date on which the document is delivered to the data controller is considered as the application date.
If the data subject submits their application to us in accordance with the procedure, the relevant request will be concluded as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
